South Region

First Round

No. 1 Alabama over No. 16 Oregon State

No. 8 Miami over No. 9 Arizona State

No. 4 West Virginia over No. 13 Indiana

No. 12 Florida State over No. 5 Texas A&M – I swear on my life that I did not work it out for these two teams to play and it just happens, but I’m not about to say that the Aggies are light years better after several close wins and I think the Seminoles play with enough heart to shock people.

No. 2 Georgia over No. 15 UCLA

No. 7 Auburn over No. 10 Pittsburgh

No. 3 Florida over No. 14 Kansas State

No. 6 Iowa State over No. 11 Minnesota

Second Round

No. 1 Alabama over No. 8 Miami

No. 4 West Virginia over No. 12 Florida State – And then, it all comes to a crashing end against the Mountaineers.

No. 2 Georgia over No. 7 Auburn

No. 3 Florida over No. 6 Iowa State

Region Semis (Citrus Bowl in Orlando)

No. 1 Alabama over No. 4 West Virginia

No. 2 Georgia over No. 3 Florida

Region Final (Outback Bowl in Tampa)

No. 1 Alabama over No. 2 Georgia – The teams played in a quarterfinal game essentially for this year’s College Football Playoff, so it would just be moving everything from Atlanta down to the land of Bloomin’ Onions.
