FSU Recruiting: ‘Noles working to gain momentum in 2019
By Kelvin Hunt
FSU recruiting is looking to close strong on the 2018 class, but is already laying ground work for 2019 as well.
The FSU recruiting class for 2018 has about 8 more spots left and the staff is busy solidifying those spots with quality players.
They hosted some great talent over the weekend and have some big visits lined up the next two.
However, the work on the 2019 recruiting class has to begin for this recruiting staff. The ‘Noles had an excellent start on 2019 under the old regime, but that momentum went out the door once the coaching change took place.
Willie Taggart looks to get it started off the coat tails of the 2018 recruiting class. Check out a few of the offers that went out last week.

AThe 2018 recruiting class will likely end up between No. 10 and No. 15 in the nation when it’s all said and done. Which anything lower than No. 11 will be the lowest since FSU recruiting finished at that spot with the 2013 class.
It won’t be a ranked higher because it’ll be a smaller class, but it will be of high quality with well over 50 percent of the signees rated four-star or higher.
The 2019 class will be the first class the Willie Taggart staff will have a full recruiting cycle to do their thing. They’re four players committed and all of them are highly rated.
The 2019 class should be quite large with 2018 being smaller and the departure of several ‘Noles from the 2017 team.
