FSU football will finally be back in action Saturday after a three-week layoff when they take on NC State at Doak Campbell Stadium.

FSU football fans, rejoice!  It’s almost time for ‘Noles football, and a home game at that so stop complaining about the noon kickoff and just show up for the game and support this team.

The ‘Noles will have a tough test against this NC State Wolfpack team who has rolled against a couple of inferior opponents the past two weeks after opening with a loss to South Carolina.

They seemingly always play FSU tough.

Their offense seems to have taken a step in the right direction with their offensive coordinator and quarterback going into their second year together.

The strength of this team was thought to be the defense going into the season, but they have underwhelmed somewhat. Maybe they’re just saving it all for their shot at FSU football?

The ‘Noles players and coaching staff are all ready to get back on the playing field as the team has a lot of questions this game will help answer. Will James Blackman be able to be serviceable in his first few games against tough competition?
