FSU football will be holding their annual Garnet and Gold game this afternoon – here’s all the information whether you’re heading there or watching at home.

If you’re trying to get a fix of FSU football, you have one final chance today as the Seminoles take the field inside Doak Campbell Stadium for the annual Garnet and Gold spring game. The event makes its return to Tallahassee after being played in Orlando last year due to construction inside the home of the ‘Noles.

Whether you’re already in Tallahassee for the event, on your way (be careful while traveling) or watching from home, there is plenty of information for you to use. Here’s a break down of all you need to know before the Seminoles pack it up until the fall.

Game Information

Head coach Jimbo Fisher will lead his teams onto the field at Doak for a 3 p.m. kickoff. Don’t be expecting a full game format, complete with heavy hitting. You will likely see a decent amount of the playbook and youngsters getting as many reps as the established players – but you’re in for a basic scrimmage between teammates.

Tickets

If don’t already have your tickets and are either in the capital city or on your way, they can still be purchased at one of four locations: the ticket office at Dick Howser Stadium, outside Gate D, Gate H and on Langford Green. All purchases are CASH ONLY on game day and you can purchase them for both the stadium and Champions Club.

General admission seats inside Doak Campbell Stadium will be $5, while seats inside the Champions Club will be $50 for adults and $12 for those under the age of 12. Seats in that section include food and non-alcoholic beverages, but there will be cash bars available for those over 21.

Parking and Activities

All lots open at 8 a.m. spaces are first come, first serve. Langford Green will open for fans at 12 p.m. and Doak Campbell Stadium will open at 2 p.m.

Television / Livestream Info

If you aren’t going to be inside Doak for today’s action, you can still watch from home and see every snap. ESPN will be broadcasting the game LIVE – one of just two spring games being broadcast by the main network along with FSU football’s opening game opponent, Alabama.

Of course, you will get a chance to hear the debut of the network’s newest analyst – former Buffalo Bills and New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan. The jury is out on whether that is a good thing or not, but it should be entertaining.

You can also watch the action on your mobile devices with the WatchESPN app.
