Listen, I’m not the NCAA. The games were played and Bowden’s teams won those games, so I’m not going to penalize him for that. Especially not if the NCAA isn’t going to penalize Paterno for his part in the mess that went on for years under his watch.

Fact of the matter is, Bowden won more games than Paterno overall and has way more conference titles.

Not to mention, the greatest run in college football from 1987-2000 with 14 straight seasons of top 5 finishes.

Bowden also only had TWO losing seasons in his entire career while Paterno had four losing seasons.
