Derwin James

What was said:

"As a true sophomore, James has established himself as one of the country’s elite players. Labeling him simply as a safety is unfair considering his star quality at cornerback, linebacker and even rush defensive end, too. The five-star talent is expected to leave Florida State as one of its best defensive backs ever."

It’s crazy just how quick Derwin James burst on the scene last season and the type of impact he made as a true freshman.

He’s a man among boys in the secondary or offensive lineman for that matter.

James is a special player and if he can tighten up his coverage skills just a bit he will be without a doubt a first round NFL Draft pick in 2018.
