FSU Football: Six ‘Noles Make College Football’s Top 100 List
By Kelvin Hunt
We already knew that FSU football had great players. A top 100 list of the top players in college football features a number of ‘Noles.
ESPN recently released their entire list of top 100 players in college football that featured six FSU football players.
The criteria chosen for the list by ESPN:
"We asked 32 of ESPN’s college football writers, editors and analysts to rate players on a scale of 0-10 based on their on their expected contributions for the 2016 season."
I think the list was pretty fair to FSU football, but the one player that wasn’t listed was defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi who should have been listed in my opinion. He started all 13 games for FSU last season and 45 tackles, two sacks and two tackles for a loss.
His stats won’t wow you, but if you’ve seen enough college football you know he’s one of the best defensive lineman in the country.
ESPN counted down from 100 to 1 and it didn’t take long for a FSU football player to make an appearance.
