Here’s a look at how the depth chart will look for FSU football when fall camp opens in just over two weeks for head coach Jimbo Fisher.

For the Seminoles of Florida State entering the 2016 college football season, there are some positions that are known. Dalvin Cook is going to be the starting running back…Derwin James will be a  starting safety and several other big names already have their names etched in the starting lineup barring major injury or suspension before the opener against Ole Miss.

At other spots, the practices leading up to the game versus the Rebels will decide those positions. Nevertheless, head coach Jimbo Fisher is giving players and fans a chance to see who would be taking the field if the season started today, releasing the first depth chart of the season heading into fall camp:

"OffenseQuarterbackSean Maguire (Sr.), Deondre Francois (R.S. Fr.) J.J. Now, most of the attention will be paid to the first position on the list, as Maguire gets the early nod over Francois. In all likelihood, that is nearly due to seniority and can easily change just like every other spot on this list. We’ll see how many people are able to hold on to their positions for FSU football come September 5th.
