Rashad Greene

I’d like to say that I knew Rashad Greene was going to be a special player when his first catch in the garnet and gold would go for a 28 yard touchdown.

However, I don’t think anyone could fathom the type of production the four-star recruit would bring to the FSU football program.

He’s the all-time leader if FSU receptions, receiving yards and is also the single season record holder for receptions.

Aside from the production, like Lamarcus Joyner, Greene had a knack for huge performances on the biggest of stages.

What about the catch against Oklahoma as a true freshman to tie the game late?

Who could forget his 2011 Champs Sports Bowl performance against Notre Dame as a true freshman?

Do I even have to mention the 2013 BCS National Championship game against Auburn where he was the only receiver with a catch until like the fourth quarter? The catch on the final drive where he split the defenders to put the ‘Noles on the brink of their third title was ridiculous.
