The NFL Draft is upon us, and with former Florida State starting quarterback Jameis Winston looking to be the top pick, we at ChopChat thought it would be a great time to reminisce on some of Winston’s top plays during his time at Florida State.

Honorable Mentions –

Jameis makes Bethune Cookman look silly, 2013

With the rain coming down and the team looking sloppy for much of the game, Winston dodged the sack and connected (while falling down) with former Seminole wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin for six to jump-start the ‘Noles.

Unselfish Teamwork, 2013

While most quarterbacks would hand the ball off on a running play and be done playing, Winston is not most quarterbacks. He watched the play develop and started dashing down the field when he saw Kermit Whitfield bounce the play outside and laid out to deliver a stellar block and help his team get the touchdown.
