Meet the 2015 FSU Early-Enrollees

Jacques Patrick – Running Back – Timber Creek High School – 6’1″ , 230 lbs. – Four-Star

Patrick has a really good chance to come in and split carries with Dalvin Cook right away. While Cook is a shifty, speedy back, Patrick brings a physical element that the running back position at FSU doesn’t currently have.

Patrick isn’t Greg Jones, but he will be plenty capable of trucking defenders and extending plays. His straight-line speed is very impressive for a back of his size and stature.

Patrick has an opportunity to be the best freshman back in the country in 2015, and it all starts with him being able to come in early and get to work. As shown in the past, Jimbo Fisher won’t be afraid to play the freshman. You can read my evaluation of Patrick here.
