Telvin Smith – LB – Round 5, Pick 144 – Jacksonville Jaguars
The heart of the top defense in the country, Telvin Smith is sure to be missed this year in Tallahassee. Smith could potentially be the most difficult of departing players to replace, due to his leadership off the field. This past Spring players on both sides of the ball admitted that Smith’s trademark chatter was already being missed on the practice field. He was the team-leader in tackles with 90, while adding 9.5 TFL, 2 sacks, 3 INTs, and 2 TDs. The Jacksonville Jaguars selected Smith in the 5th round of the 2014 NFL draft.
