Being a Florida State Seminoles fan comes with lots of perks. Things like being a part of the community, coming to ChopChat (?) and interacting with one another. Some bad things also come with being a Florida State Seminoles fan. You know, the opposite of perks such as wandering the mean streets of Twitter and battling it out with evil Nole Nation haters, listening to Mark May open his mouth (granted, that pertains to every college football fan) and having dopes like me tell you how awesome things are going to be without saying anything of substance.

Self-deprication aside, being a Florida State fan is groovy. We — at ChopChat (tell your friends) — wanted to highlight this fact. So we decided, every so often, that we are going to do a little Florida State Seminoles Tweet Fest. Where — because you guys are presumably awesome — we are going to take a jog down those mean streets of Twitter and find neat things said by Florida State fans as well as the haters.

The criteria is pretty simple. If I follow you or you follow me, I will see your tweet and if you are (un)lucky, we will throw it on our Tweet Fest. Also, we will scour the world-wide-interwebs to see what people used certain hashtags. Things like #FSU, #Noles, #NoleNation, #JameisWinstonIsAMythologicalManBeast, will all be accepted.

Okay, enough gibber-jabbering. Here we go!

This kind of tweet has seemed to be par for the course these days. If you are on Twitter and are a fan of Florida State, well, then you know what I’m talking about.

How long do we think this guy lasts? I give it eleventy-minutes.

Sadly, we don’t think this was the real fella from the Breakfast Club. However, he does support alumni.

Do you condone sneaky belittling?

Part newsworthy. Other part, well, another shot.

This guy (and assumingly his dog) does not buy in to the annual preseason Clemson hype.

Sad face. It hurts.
