FSU football has an easier schedule in 2019. We look at the top five toughest games for the Noles.

FSU football expectations are all over the place following the worst season in the last 40 years.

Can Willie Taggart right the ship in his second year with giving the offensive reigns to one of the best offensive coordinators in the game in Kendal Briles.

Will the synergy of Briles and hand-picked offensive line coach Randy Clements be enough for the Noles to top 30 ppg game for the first time since 2016?

Could that offensive production be enough to allow Harlon Barnett’s defense a chance to catch their breath and not collapse in the second half of games like they did several times last season?

The great thing is FSU football has its quarterback and leader in the clubhouse with James Blackman. They have some QB depth and it could get better if Jordan Travis is granted his waiver by the NCAA.

The offensive production will likely be determined by how well the offensive line plays and how well Kendal Briles can scheme around the deficiencies.

The FSU football schedule is a bit easier in 2019.

Their will be a number of toss-up games on paper until we can see what the FSU product looks like after a couple of games.

Clemson is the clear leader in the conference and a typical tough game with NC State involves a team that lost of its production on both sides of the ball.

It’s going to be interesting to see how this season shakes since it shapes up for the Noles to possibly get early momentum going into the Clemson game.

Let’s take a look at the five toughest games on the FSU football schedule for 2019.
