Jalen Ramsey Gets New Jersey Number With Jacksonville Jaguars

After initially getting a number that was not to his liking, Jalen Ramsey will be wearing something better when his rookie season starts with the Jaguars.
So far, Jalen Ramsey hasn’t even played a down in a preseason game for the Jacksonville Jaguars and he already has had an eventful few months. After being the number five pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, Ramsey arrived on the First Coast with hopes of being the next great cornerback in the league.
Jalen would go down during drills with a knee injury, but avoided a long rehab and appears to be ready to be back in time for the 2016 season. When he hits the field, Ramsey will also have a different number from the No. 8 (and sometimes, No. 17) he wore with the Florida State Seminoles.
Initially, Ramsey was given the jersey number 38, which he made very clear was not to his liking. Now, Jalen is rocking a new digit and seems to like this one a lot better:

Quite frankly, Jalen Ramsey could have a jersey with the number 274 on it and he still would be one of the best players on the field. But as long as he is happy, Jacksonville will be in good shape.
