FSU Hires Bill Miller As Linebackers Coach

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Florida State will hire Bill Miller to be its next linebackers coach, according to the site coachingsearch.com. Miller had been the assistant head coach and linebackers coach at the University of Minnesota.

Miller has coached all over the college football landscape. He’s served as defensive coordinator at Nevada, Oklahoma State, Miami, Michigan State, Arizona, and Western Michigan, in addition to coaching linebackers at Florida, Louisville, Kansas, and Minnesota. This hiring fills the void left when former linebackers coach Charles Kelly was promoted to defensive coordinator after Jeremy Pruitt left FSU to take the same job at Georgia.
