FSU Falters At N.C. State

The Florida State men’s basketball team dropped a tough game against North Carolina State tonight, losing 74-70. Offensive rebounds clinched this one for the Wolfpack, particularly embodied by the ‘Pack’s final possession. Down by two with seconds to play, the ‘Noles stopped N.C. State but were unable to grab the rebound, which led to a put-back lay-up, sealing the decision.

After dropping their last two contests, FSU, now at 4-4 in the ACC, should feel some urgency in a conference that most project to send five or six teams to the NCAA Tournament. The Seminoles return home to face Clemson on Saturday at 3pm.
