Report: Jameis Winston investigation complete, announcement tomorrow

It is finally almost over.

On Thursday, the world will find out whether or not Florida State Seminoles’ quarterback Jameis Winston will be charged in the sexual assault case he is allegedly involved in.

The State Attorney’s office will announce their decision at a press conference at 2:00 pm EST. State Attorney Meggs told reporters that investigators have learned as much as they can about the December 2012 incident.

“We don’t know anything,” Winston’s attorney, Tim Jansen, told Yoder.

Despite the investigation hanging over his head, Winston’s play hasn’t suffered at all. Winston has completed 218 of 317 passes for 3,490 yards with 35 touchdowns and eight interceptions. He is the overwhelming favorite to win the Heisman Trophy and his top-ranked Seminoles are win over the 20th-ranked Duke Blue Devils on Saturday night from playing for the BCS National Championship.  On Wednesday, Winston was named the ACC’s Player of the Year.
