The Florida State Seminoles enjoyed a tremendous victory over another Top-10 team on Saturday in defeating the rival Miami Hurricanes decisively at home, 41-14.

That victory was yet another example of how well head coach Jimbo Fisher has been able to return the program to dominant prominence. The play-calling was fantastic again, and he and his coaching staff made some great adjustments–especially on defense–in the second half that were able to shut down the ‘Canes.

On Monday, Jimbo held his usual presser to discuss the win and some of the headlines that were embroiled in that contest. He spoke about the scrum in the second half that ignited seemed as if it ignited the Seminoles’ victory. He also spoke of how well Jameis Winston handled the pressure of the big stage at home, which Fisher described as being more difficult in some cases than on the road.

Then, it was time to focus on this week’s upcoming opponent, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
