The Florida State Seminoles landed their 24th commitment of the 2014 class in four-star rated (according to 247Sports) tight end Ryan Izzo, out of Sparta, NJ.

Izzo is a 6-6, 220-pound tight end who immediately caught the eye of ‘Noles recruiter–and tight ends coach–Tim Brewster, and for good reason. The high school senior is extremely versatile and has the ability to add a lot to this Florida State passing game down the road.

He visited Tallahassee two weeks ago for the Nevada game and had an enjoyable experience, which he expressed to 247:

“It was great,” Izzo said of the visit. “I enjoyed it.”

Currently, Izzo is ranked as the no. 10 tight end in the nation.
