EJ Manuel is acing every test leading up to the NFL draft.  Most recently, he took the Sports Science challenged.  Here are the highlights:

  • A quicker release time than Geno Smith, .333 seconds to .400.
  • 90% accuracy at 15 yards.
  • He graded 89.4, which was 5 points lower than Colin Kaepernick, but 5 points higher than Christian Ponder.
We are standing by our initial prediction that EJ will be picked up in the first round.  Working against him is a flurry of moves involving quarterbacks this off-season.  Working in his favor is his excellent resume at FSU, his leadership skills, and that he is acing each and every test leading up to the NFL Draft.
